  • Make friendly, engaging outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce State Farm insurance products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads by gathering accurate and relevant customer information.
  • Stay knowledgeable about State Farm products, promotions, and customer benefits.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, online requests, and community events.
  • Provide basic information to potential customers and schedule appointments for licensed agents.
  • Maintain and update call logs, lead lists, and customer interaction notes in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all communications meet State Farm guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with light marketing tasks to support team goals.
  • Prepare weekly reports on call activity, lead quality, and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
  • Previous telemarketing, call center, or sales experience preferred.
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and verbal persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with a variety of people.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads.
  • Resilient, motivated, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Professional and courteous phone manner.
  • Coachable, dependable, and eager to grow within the agency.
  • Willingness to learn the basics of insurance products and customer needs.

Compensation $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
